This Is My Personal Scripture

After everything I have experienced, everything I have learned, and everything God continues to reveal to me, I believe I have finally found the Scripture that represents me.

Colossians 1:10.

It reminds me of who I want to be:

A woman who lives worthy of the Lord.

A woman who seeks to please God.

A woman whose life bears good fruit.

A woman who never stops growing in the knowledge of God.

I don’t need my entire life figured out.

I just need to keep walking with God, keep growing, keep producing good fruit, and keep allowing Him to shape me.

So this is more than my favorite Scripture.

This is my personal declaration.

May my life be worthy of the Lord.

May my life please Him.

May my life bear fruit.

May I never stop growing in Him.

Colossians 1:10 isn’t just the Scripture I chose to represent me.

It is the life I am choosing to live.
